Khumate S100 on Plant Growth and Development (Direct Effect)
One stimulative effect of Khumate S100 on plant growth is enhanced uptake of major plant nutrients: nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). When adequate Khumate S100 is present within the soil, the requirement for NPK fertilizer applications is reduced. The reduction of toxicity from NPK fertilizers and the leaching of nitrogen compounds in to subsoil water maximizes the effectivity of NPK. In effect, this also prevents volatilization into the atmosphere.
Excellent Foliar Fertilizers and Activators
Khumate S100 improves the plant foliage, roots, and fruits. Combination use of Khumate S100 and NPK fertilizers have been demonstrated to be 100% to 500% more efficient compared to applications of similar fertilizers to the soil.
Khumate S100 is more economical as smaller quantities of fertilizers are required to obtain significatn response.
Increases Permeability of Plant Cell Membranes
Khumate S100 improves transport of various mineral nutrients to sites of metabolic need. It also makes the membrane surface beomes more active in transporting of trace minerals from outside the plant cell into the cell cytoplasm.
Khumate S100 is a root stimulator. Enhancement of root initiation and increased root growth are observed upon application of Khumates S100 to soil. Root stimulation occurs when smaller humic substances are applied to soil, thus, Khumate S100 is the most appropriate for root growth.
Growth is more stimulated when Fulvic Acid (FA) is used together with Humic Acid (HA). Khumate S100 is a combination of humic acid and fulvic acid.
Accelerates Energy Metabolism and Enhances Chlorophyll Content of Plant Leaves
Khumate S100 increases chlorophyll content, and this also increases the uptake of oxygen. Khumate S100 also increases the concentration of messenger RiboNucleic Acid, whic is essential for many biochemical processes within cells. THese enzymes activate the formation of both carrier and structural proteins.
Khumate S100 also increases production of High Energy Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) within plant cells, which functions as a major driving energy for many different metabolic reactions.
